Scott Corcoran's English Channel Crossing

Iconic 34km open water endurance test

Congratulations to our client Scott who, according to his coach, struggled to swim 50 metres six years ago and has now conquered the English Channel swim. Prue has worked steadily with Scott throughout his training program to strengthen his shoulders in preparation for the swim.

Scott's testimony: "I just wanted to thank you for your incredible work!! You have taken me from a swimmer who couldn't move either arm after a Rotto crossing ~ to not feeling one smidgin of pain during (or after) an English Channel crossing! I was blown away with how well my shoulders held up. All down to you! So thank you mate." Well done Scott on the amazing achievement!
